I used bytesim on a short trip, and setup was easy enough, so I figured it would be smooth from there. In the city center it was mostly okay, and I kind of assumed the coverage would stay about the same once I moved around.
But outside the main area, the signal kept dropping out of nowhere. It would jump from full bars to nothing, which got annoying when I needed maps or wanted to send messages. Not a complete disaster, but I expected it to be more reliable

The eSIM itself worked fine, but I felt misled about the support. When I needed help, I expected a reasonably quick reply, but they got back to me way too late. It was frustrating because by the time they responded, I had already been stuck dealing with the issue on my own.

I tried ByteSIM on my last trip after seeing a few people mention it, i get why the reviews were positive. The data speed was better than I expected right from the start.
Pages loaded quickly, maps worked without any drama, and I didn’t get those random disconnects I’ve had with other eSIMs before. Even in busier areas, it stayed stable, which was a nice surprise.
Setup was simple too, so there wasn’t much to figure out. Not much to complain about really, it just worked when I needed it, and I’d probably use it again.

I bought the eSIM and expected at least one little setup issue because that’s usually how these things go, but nope, it was smooth. The instructions were easy to follow, I got it activated on the first try, and within a few minutes it was working. Kind of refreshing not having to overthink it or troubleshoot anything. Happy with the whole thing

I paid less than I would have with my regular roaming plan, and the data worked fine while I was traveling. Overall, I’m happy with the value. That said, if there are any credits or compensation available for customers who tried it out, I’d definitely appreciate it.
